Privacy Policy

Effective August 25, 2026

123Chair is booking software for barbers and the people who sit in their chairs. There are two apps: 123Chair Pro for barbers and shops, and 123Chair for clients who book, walk in, and keep up with their barber. This policy covers both. It says what we store, why, and what happens when you want it gone. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we store

If you use the 123Chair client app

What we don't do

Who touches the data

123Chair runs on Cloudflare (hosting and database, in the United States), and Apple delivers push notifications to iPhones. Both act only as infrastructure — they process data to run the service and for no other reason. There is no other third party.

Your clients' data belongs to your shop

A client's name and number are given to the shop they booked with. 123Chair stores them on the shop's behalf; the shop decides how they are used. If you are a client and want your details corrected or removed, ask the shop you booked with — or email us and we will help.

Deleting your account

In 123Chair Pro: Settings → Account → Delete my account. In the 123Chair client app: Menu → My account → Delete my account. Both are immediate and permanent.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Every request is checked against the signed-in account, and one shop can never read another's data.

Children

123Chair is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page with a new effective date.
