broken, confusing, or missing, we want to hear about it.

if you are reporting a problem, what you tapped and what you expected to
happen.
Common questions
- Where is my booking link? In the app, open Settings — your link
looks like 123chair.com/b/your-shop and there is a
copy button next to it.
- How do I cancel or move an appointment? Tap the appointment on
your board. Clients can use the manage link from their confirmation.
- How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → Account
→ Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. You can also
email us at the address above and we will do it for you.
- Does 123Chair charge my clients? No. 123Chair never processes
money and never stores card or bank numbers. Payment records in the app are
the shop's own bookkeeping.
